If you have a project editor role, you can add or edit a project execution report.
- Select Projects in the left menu column
- Select the project that you want to edit.
- Click on the project number to open it.
- Browse to the tab “Execution”.
- Click the button “Create Execution Report”.
- A new screen opens where you can enter information on five parameters:
- Overal Status
- Financial
- Planning
- Scope
- Resources
- Enter a stoplight colour to indicate the status on each area.
- Optionally you can add tekst to clarify the status.
- In case of project risks, go to the tab “risks”:
- Click the button “Create Risk”.
- Fill in the requested information.
- When done, click “Create Risk” to save your changes.
- In case of project issues, go to the tab “issues:”
- Click the button “Create Issue”
- Fill in the requested information.
- When done, click “Create Issue” to save your changes.
