How to grant access to an existing user

If you have the community role, you can give access to an user for a specific role.

  • Go to the Community menu.
  • Browse to the tab “Users”.
  • Click “Grant access to an existing user”.
  • Select the user, select the responsibility and if needed, add a comment and start and end date for this responsibility.
  • Click “Create”.
