If you have the community role, you can give access to an user for a specific role.
- Go to the Community menu.
- Browse to the tab “Users”.
- Click “Grant access to an existing user”.
- Select the user, select the responsibility and if needed, add a comment and start and end date for this responsibility.
- Click “Create”.
